Well, I talked to the Crystal. I played there for 2.5 years every monday, stopping about a year ago, with one of the Kissers' side bands. So I know those folk relatively well. They're also smarting from the smoking ban, with insider info telling me they're down about 30% on their bidness (and they really can't afford that).

I'd rather be playing, for sure, because... I donno, it's playing. But it's hard to find somewhere to play regularly that wants music. Madison's people didn't wanna listen to music. It was always an odd fit.

I don't cave-in to peer pressure. But a nice, "Can Chowgurt come out and play" usually will work.
