i don't watch either. i'm interested in watching lost, but i have to watch every single episode back to season one so i can catch up. i'm just not ready to commit yet.

I watched Survivor pretty much up until this season. I decided I wanted to make a stand and not watch any reality shows.

Then I got hooked on the Biggest Loser and Amazing Race.

Fuckers.

No way, this season is great. The only thing I'm not pleased with is the Bobby Jon/Stephanie revival. Gary has my vote to win now that Brandon is gone - he sure is slick - he's playing a very tight game. Jamie was a dick, and I was really glad they dumped him.

I agree, this season is great. Yeah, I totally like Gary but there is no way he is winning. I'm pulling for Rafe.

The Steph/Bobby Jon revival is/was ok.....they are both pretty good characters.

I'd expect Gary to win, either - he's just my favorite of those left. Good call on Rafe... if he makes it to the final two he'd beat just about anyone.

and i still think that in the recent season's of survivor they are getting way too much food. i like the old days. the starvation days, like when tina crossed that roaring flooded river in the night to save a tin of rice.

They were going to vote out Gary but he produced the hidden immunity doo-hicky at Tribal Council so I guess Bobby Jon was the backup vote....

They were set to vote Gary out, but he found that hidden imunity idol at the last minute. So everyone's plan was screwed, and Bobby Jon ended up getting more panic-votes than anyone else.

No way Steph is winning, even if she makes it to the final 2. Nobody is going to vote her a million bucks on her second try... if I was playing this season I'd be pissed.

I've noticed this about the food, too. Also, drinking water seems much easier to get - do they even have to boil it anymore? maybe it has something to do with the locations - if there is not much native grub ( in both meanings of the word) to eat, they might have to give more corn/rice basics.

They've only really given them the corn; I just don't think that they are focusing on how fucking hungry they are; you can only show that so many times. Plus Midget Slave Girl (aka Lydia) seems adept at beating that corn into mush....

And wasnt Rafe showing people how to eat ants for protein at one point?

The food thing would be the dealbreaker for me on this show....No fucking way could I live like that.

im a pretty devoted fan. i also watched amazing race before this season. they screwed with something that was perfect already and made it awful.

i REALLY don't want to see stephanie win.

she totally annoyed me during the first half of the season with her all her whining about being on another losing team.

Yeah, I loved her last season and was actually happy they brought her back (plus, well, she's pretty hot), but I have have soured on her mos def. My gf (who is the reason I watch this shit) is still hanging on to some allusion that Steph is ok.

No way she can win if it gets down to her versus anyone (except maybe Cindy who I still can't fathom anybody liking except for her tits)

stephanies a loser, plan and simple. shes gotten lucky this time and been on a situation where she doesnt need to win all the time, but if she did, she wouldnt, because again, shes a loser.
