they doctored that up in photoshop to make it look crappy! LAPD would never shoot that badly.

Photoshop, or whatever was available in '94.

As it was, they took some shee' for it, for making him blacker now that he was a criminal and not a star athlete, pitchman, and commentator.

The pectoral region (breasts) seemed to extend too much from either side of the trunk to be male.
