I dunno what to make of this. Certainly a new direction for them. Mucho distorted vox.

Check it and let me know what you think:

edit: This is actually the first song, "Jal To Tokyo" from the new EP titled, Lovely Broken Things.

Lovely Broken Things tracklisting: [28:36] 7 new tracks worked together into a single piece and includes "jal to tokyo", "billy goat", "peggy sussed", "dub shepherd", "lenny penne", "monkey wink" and "witness"

What is this from? If it is them it definitely does sound different, but I sorta dig it. Speaking of Vox I tried to listen to that United State of Electronica album and that shit is pretty horrible.

Agreed on the United State Of Electronica.

Yeah, I'm not really sold on this sound but I'll give it a few more spins. The good thing is that Underworld has recorded over 150 new songs so there's sure to be a few good ones.

If anyone wants this full mixed EP, PM me.

They kinda overdid the vox on this one.

South,

That EP really didn't do much for me at all, but the first song you sent is really doing it for me. And I think I dig it because of the vox. So they have new material coming out or what? I don't keep up on them at all. Maybe I should?

Yes, you should.

As far as I know there's been no announcement as to when the new album will be out yet. For now it's just that EP but I'll keep you posted if I hear anything...
