I was thinking about doing this too. It's now the third day of my self-imposed fasting and I'm at a point where I feel like I could jump around a bit and not hurt myself.

Of all the forms of exercise that I may look to engage in, running would absolutely be at the bottom of the list. Everyone I see running looks like they are absolutely hating it. Plus, I don't want the body type that it produces.

I started training for a half marathon. I can't get the sense of clarity I get with running elsewhere. Plus it excerise and I do it whenever I want independent of others.

Have you ever read any of Dr. Sheehan's books on running. Apparently he is the foremost expert on it. I picked up a couple of his books and he makes some interesting statements about body shapes and all that jazz. Recommend it if you want to look at some of the more philosophical thoughts on the solo outing.

I've been going to the gym, playing tennis and squash, in preparation for Xmas in Florida. I will run barechested on the beach.

Well, either way, nipples will be hard...its gotta be cold up there right now.

I should do this or ride a bike...swimming is like the perfect exercise.
