What's your favorite choco treat that you only buy at Christmas? For me its Toblerone and this year they've outdone themselves with special edition Snowcap bars. The bottom of the triangle is milk chocolate and the top is white chocolate. Mmmmmm....

i'm really not much of a chocolate fan. (someone gave me a huge cannister of gourmet raspberry hot chocolate last year for xmas and i haven't even completely taken it out of its wrapping.)
...but i LOOOOOOOVE peanutbutter.

so, i put up with the chocolate of those reese's things for the pb.

Ohhh, I also love champurrado -- a Mexican dish made out of masa harina and Mexican chocolate (no other chocolate will do). Some people make it thick like an oatmeal, others make it more like a drink. I prefer it as an oatmeal. Tasty goodness on a cold morning or night.

I've never had or heard of champurrado, sounds interesting.


When I was in Western Samoa a few years back I got to pick the cocoa fruit off of the tree and pick out the brown beans myself. I was surprised to find how delicious and citrusy the white flesh around the cocoa bean is. Recommended.
