was thinking about getting this top to wear to the company holiday party (the party is going to be held in January). Because of the shape of the bottom, I'm thinking a skirt might not look right. What do you think? Slim black skirt? Slim black pants? Flared black pants? Other suggestions?

Flared black pants. Most definitely.

I'd stear away from a skirt if possible, and definitely not slim pants. Makes the difference between the shirt coming off as classy or sleazy.

CUTE TOP.

ideally, you can wear a short skirt with it (not an a-line or knee length, but a shorter one) and that would look cute with boots and a belt over the top around the waist but since this is a dressier top, i'd go with slim black pants or flared black pants (just as long as it isn't too much flare).

I go for black pants too...slim or flared. And spiky open toe sandals if you can.

i would say slim or straight leg black pants. i usually like flared, but because of the shape of the top, you might look a little too flare-y.

I got nuthin'. I was picturing you...erm...I mean, some random model wearing nothing but that top. Works for me. You could get away with practically anything.

slim pants, open toed shoes, a really nice necklace [unlike the one in photo], and dangling earrings, you'll be SLAMMIN' D!

I'm not as chick, but that top is smokin'
You better plan on getting some afterwards if you are taking the hubby.

I'd go with the non-flared pants.
