ok, i need:

Light, preferrably acoustic, nice songs by Randy Newman. I know he did that song for Toy Story, I need more and other stuff like it. Also other Randy Newman-esque/ Adult Contemporary (?) soundtrack-y stuff.

What is the name of that new Paul McCartney song? It's acoustic I believe, and they play it in a commercial that has Paul in it.

I also need singer/songwriter stuff. Preferrably acoustic. But the catch is it has to be happy stuff. No Elliott Smith etc.

What's up with the new Buffalo Tom? Anyone know?

Your help is loved

Check out Salim and/or Faris Nourallah--singer/songwriter stuff, some of which is upbeat, and most of it is good.

saw an emiliana torrini video the other day, "heartstopper," that seems like it might fit the bill.

Harder than I thought- I guess most of what I listen to falls on the morose side.

-Most of Hello Starling by Josh Rouse.
- James Blunt's Back To Bedlam has some happy shit on it

Randy Newman tunes- Naked Man, It's Money That I Love, I Love L.A., There's A Party At My House, I'm Different.
