I arrived here @ 0200hrs Monday morning. Will be here for a few days recieving 'additional training" before hooking up with my unit in Iraq. Just wanted to post and let everybody know that I'm in country. Thanks for all your words of encouragement, prayers, well-wishes..., it means alot. I'll check back in a few days from now.

That was a pretty quick turnaround from going to boot camp and shit to being shipped off wasn't it? My friend's been sitting around playing video games in Missouri at the army's expense for what seems like a year. My other friend was at Fort Bliss for I think 6 months before being sent to Korea.
