That shot's from a few years ago. The kid is actually a normal looking (normal sized) teen now, and seems to be pretty bright and uninterested in bodybuilding these days. I don't think he lives with his parents, as they forced him to take questionable "supplements" for financial gain and were abusive in other ways.
