Received a phone call today from a recruiter who’s looking for a manager/director type to run their HR/Payroll/Benefits Departments. Unfortunately, it’s not close to home, would definitely require some commute time (as if I’m not used to that by now), but….get a load of this, salary is in the $100K range. I think for that kinda money, I can afford to rent a small apartment and live there part-time.

Guess who’s updating and sending her resume in the next 24 hours? Wish me luck!

Guy just called again -- boss informed him that it's quite feasible for me to work from home. Christ, this is way too good to be true.

*think positive thoughts, think positive thoughts, think positive thoughts*

Drinks are on me if I get the job!

Good luck, T.
If you become HR manager over there and are looking for WRITERS in the 100K range... I could be convinced to move, you know!

Felicitaciones, chicuela.

But I have to say, I think that you're the last moderator that will be posting big job news anytime soon. No offense to Mr Frew.

Ah, yes... Eventually, we shall be graced by Prof. Frew.

They do call them "professor" in Europe, no?
