Aaron, you can't possibly have caught up on the old episodes yet... you watching out of order?

I'm guessing it's not Walt but either another kid on the island or one of the Others trying to trap Michael into coming to look for Walt. The AI explanation is an interesting one, though. It could be the scientists watching everything and knowing Michael is looking for Walt...

Yeah, I watched the new one... I don't want to have to buy all of season 2 just because i didn't want to watch them out of order.

I heard 3 weeks, but a 5 week layoff wouldn't surprise me. That sucks because after a couple of (relatively) weaker episodes, it sprung back to stellar.

A month and a half - next episode airs January 11.

isn't everyone in everyone's flashback? I feel like this is the most incestuous group of people of all time.

I'm guessing that could be surveillance from when he was doing that sting operation thing with that terrorist group in Sydney. Not that it really matters.

I want to say it's spelled "Syeed" but I'm too lazy to look it up.

It will be interesting if people showing up in other people's flashbacks will have any significance beyond having a "where's Waldo?" effect for die hard viewers.

Before I was a fan, did someone already mention the sly reference to The Office in the Charlie backstory?

"He's buying a paper company in Slough."

I enjoyed that.

I think they throw in some occasional references to other movies/shows. I only caught that one becuase someone pointed it out to me. I believe there are "TPS reports" in an episode as well. Not nearly as clever since Office Space has been quoted to death but...

I think there's also really a such thing as a TPS report that is commonly used in office environments.

I thought the Slough/Office reference was the best.

But yeah, the Office Space/TPS report is from Locke's work flashback with his boss. I think...

I actually had a "Lost" dream the other night. The guy in the instructional video (with the fake arm) was visiting some installation that I was at. We were all spooked. I was really spooked when I woke up. As in maybe I'm watching too much Lost...

i assumed we were going to wait half a year to see that, i'm glad they didn't drag it out.

i thought it was kinda cool that it didn't reveal all that much, it made me wonder why someone took so much trouble to take it out and hide it in a bible.
