In the silence at the end of some Cracker song (on Kerosene Hat I think), you hear somebody say something like "I could totally hear your watch," and yes, you can hear it ticking in the background.

Led Zeppelin - "In My Time of Dying" - Another song of coughing.

R.E.M. - "The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonight" - After the line "...or a reading from Dr. Seuss," you can hear Stipe laughing as he starts the chorus because he couldn't stop mispronouncing Seuss as Zeus.

bassline in "This is Heresy" by Christian Death....awesome bassline that's quite sloppy but perfect.
