The gal on the right looks like a prudishly skanky half-Venezuelan girl who went to my college.

hey i've been meaning to tell you this: i think that ALL women older than those rollerskating champs you pick up at the Dairy Queen need these. It's uncanny.

and what's your point?

I don't know about Josh, but I wouldn't liked to be described to anyone as being "absolutely fabulous."

I have to agree here. My only exposure to any thing that was called "Absolutely Fabulous" is those 2 drunken british fashion ladys Comedy Central used to show before they got they're own programing. But I digress, older women rock.

what's considered an "older" woman? i'm currently corrupting a man who is four years younger than i, but i'm only 28. i mean, i get that 28>24 (i did finish first grade math), but should i really be considered the older woman? not in a mrs. robinson kind of way, right?

That's a good question. But, since I am only 25 and she is a full decade older, I would guess that puts her in the "older woman" category. Besides, she is in her mid-thirties which just seems different than being in your late 20's.

Although, when she finished high-school I was in the second grade.

It's strange how that works, isn't it? Everytime I meet someone that I may be interested in it sort of catches me off-guard when I find out that they are 30 or over. I guess just because when you're little, 30 seems so grown-up. Like right now, I'm in the 'hanging out' stage with a guy I've been friends with for over a year. But it weirds me out to think that he's 31. I'm 25, so the difference isn't too big, but it still messes with my mind.

I tend to always be the "older woman" in my relationships. And, I like it that way.

Nah, you're fine. My husband is 8 yrs younger then me. I'm 35. You do the math.

And he's absolutely fabulous.

In both my sets of grandparents (from either side of the family) my granma was 7-8 years older than my granpa. Awwee yeah. Worked well for them.

My paternal grandfather was sixteen years older than his wife.

She still called the shots though.

He was a laconic farmer and base-baller - played on Sundays in an amateur rural league (in which he won the batting-crown (there was a trophy... my uncle has it, now) - and she was a penny-pinching drill-sargent. Surprised she was German, no?

and right before Christmas too.

Tonight I fooled around with a 35 year-old mother of 3. Yikes.
...and...?

Did she know what she was doing?

just because you're doing her doesn't mean you'll have to assemble bikes and stuff christmas eve
(it was the kids/christmas thing that troubled you, no?)
