I have pretty much finished mine, but I'm going to hold out until after Christmas in case I get other 2004 discs. In which case, I will be reduced to a shivering ball in a corner somewhere about having to rearrange my list and turn it on the last possible day to do so.

I've begun mentally compiling and debating albums and songs...not sure how it'll shake out, I'm sure there's stuff I should probably hear as well...I'll probably be a pretty late entry, and my only compunction for doing so is another vote for DBT...just to swing yr. hipster poll a little in the 'wrong' direction.

Don't expect mine any time soon.

I still haven't even calibrated my Spectrogram, so by the time I subject 50 albums to detailed Spectrogrammatic analysis under test conditions and then wait for the dot matrix print out on that paper with the holes down the sides and the perferated edges it's probably going to be January.

Composing this list is sending me into convulsions again. I know my top 5 for sure- that's set, but ranking the rest just.requires.too.much.thinking.

Not to mention, I'm still doing the run-through of the 2004 albums I have.

And I'm also going to wait until after I return from the Pacific NW vacation- because I know I will be doing some music shopping up there.
