Did the full beard a week or so ago. Now back to my tradmark goat.

I've had a goat forever. However, the last couple of weeks, I've been cutting the mustache bit off. It's different, and I don't have to look at it. Much.

It first appeared on the Morells Shake And Push reckid, but Ben Vaughn wrote it and included it on Dressed In Black. Both albums are worth picking up.

"Well, people run around,
they're runnin' here and there
but me I can't be bothered
I'm just tryin' to grow some hair

I'm growin' a beard... etc."

Had a fullish beard until about 6 weeks ago.... only shaved once since then...

Problem is, no matter how long I grow my beard, it still looks patchy - don't know if it'll even come in "full"...

But, I don't mind a lil' pepper on the face, and I'm way too lazy to shave every week... I should get to it soon so that I have moderately-above-a-5-o-clock-shadow for XMas...

how do you combat the itchiness?
Scratch when no-one's looking; go to the bathroom and comb vigorously otherwise. It usually goes away as long as you wash/bathe/dry-clean regularly.

L, if Toshiro Mifune can get away with it, so can I.

i've always liked guys with facial hair, but i also like hairy elsewhere guys. i think it might have something to do with the fact that my dad has had a beard for my entire life, and he's a-okay in my book. who knows.

i never shaved once in my life up until last year.

i had the softest, silkiest beard ever. when it grows naturally, and its unshaved, it feels good.

but then i got tired, and decided to finally have last summer. as it got thicker and thicker, it is now at the point that if i grow it for more than 2 days, it will be itchy like hell. so i shave every friggin day to combat the itchiness.

but from what i hear from diffeent people, shaving everyday isnt good for you.

Did you hear why? I can't imagine that being the case. It's like teasing hair -- after you've shaved, your hair should come back in healthier (barring other things like disease or just plain aging).
