A limited 12" vinyl single, 'Alone, Jealous And Stoned', will be released ahead of the LP on January 16.

While I ended up liking Now Here is Nowhere a lot, it was at first a bit disappointing after their first album, September 000 which I thought was a great mix of drone, psych pop, post rock and noise. They tend to have more prog-rock tendencies, though I still enjoy them. I am looking forward to the new record.

Yeah, I know by all accounts and descriptions I should have liked it more. I think the second I read a comparison to Rush it may have fucked with my enjoyment. Generally speaking, I'd almost sooner be evicerated than listen to Rush.

Funny you mention them, 'cause I just realized that I lost their debut in the move, and this saddens me deeply whenever I have that "EXTRA LOUD RAWK" itch that I can't scratch now. :cry:

I never got into Nowhere is Now Here and will not make the mistake of purchasing any of this band's other work. I tried really hard to like it but just couldn't

Me too. I really liked that one. There was one song on that album (First Wave Intact) that I had on eterna-loop in my head whenever I went for a training ride.
