Martin is an ass. He should check his facts before bashing The States about "global conscience". According to U.N. statistics, and notwithstanding the Kyoto nonsense, The U.S. has a better record on reducing airborne pollutants than does Canada, over the last 15 years. (U.S. emissions have increased at a rate of 14%, while Canada's have increased at a rate of 24%).
