I'm not particularly excited about it. It was a decent read but I rarely like the movie versions of the books I've read.

Meh, saw some of this on ET last night. I actually really liked the book, it was a fun and easy read.

But the casting of Tom Hanks to me was always a red flag this would suck movie wise. Plus with half the locations in the book being denied filming privileges it'll just be half assed crap.

Given the themes of the book, I don't know how they would expect the story to work. Would love to see a movie based on Greg Iles' The Footprints of God.

sometimes i thnk that not even the pope REALLY believes that Jesus was the son of god and that there was a virgin who gave birth to him.

I know what you mean about Tom Hanks, but I'm excited that Audrey Tatou (sp?) is in it.
