heard the show on sat was amazing, just wondering about set times.
dont necessarily feel like standing in the club for 6 hours tonight, and as the doors are at 6:30, i cant imagine the pixies will go on before 8:30/9 pm.
anyone know for sure?

in norfolk doors were at 8 and they went on promptly at 9. that's all i can speculate.

hey matt, how's everything?

i've ben busting my ass with school this semester, but i just found out yesterday that my research paper is being submitted for an annual library research award, and might get submitted for journal publication, which is pretty dope. so that makes it seem worth it. of course, i havent been out of the house in 3 months and have been paying rent in a studio i dont even show up at more than once every 3 or 4 weeks for 2 hours, but all that changes in a week.
i'm finishing up two papers today, gonna go see the pixies tonight, then i've got 2 take home finals to do, 1/2 of a final to do at home, and the other half to do in class tuesday.
then i plan to get really, really, really drunk.

They started on Sunday 12/12 at about 9:10pm.

Allow 10 minutes to get through the security line and into the venue.

Pixies-related - I held a ticket in my hand for five minutes delivered by a messenger for one of the producers here. It just wouldn't leave my hand.

I feel sick now, having delivered it.

if i manage to get a decent amount of work done on my finals, i've got friends playing here in bklyn that i'm obligated to go see.
but that's a big 'if' right now.
