I'll give you a head up here.

Emiliana Torrini 'Fisherman's Woman' 31st Jan 05 on Rough Trade label.

Only heard a couple of tracks of this so far, but it sounds really really good. The first thing that came to mind that I could compare it to was Nina Nastasia.

She has a few records out on One Little Indian, although I have to say I hadn't heard of her until now, but I think her profile might well rise alittle after the release of Fisherman's Woman.

Roll on 2005!
