Broadcast - Tender Buttons

The last few weeks ive been listening to this alot. When it came out i wasnt too impressed with this, but its probably the biggest grower on me this year (the Clientele album did this too, but not to the same extent). Its so sparse and minimal, that on first listen you dont appreciate how much there is to it. Its basically all dream pop synths with the occasional drum machine beat, guitars, and Trish Keenan's distant yet emotional voice. Maybe it would be a good idea for all bands to cut themselves to a duo for their third album.
