Your gf has excellent taste in gifts. Cripes, that's cool.

I dunno, I'm looking forward to the talk and comedy as much as anything, and I really only listen to 790 now up until noon so I think it'll get some play.

I'm also gonna get a home kit.

i am one of those jerks that never asks for anything. when people ask me I always say I don't want anything. Mainly, I say that because it is true. The only things I want are the Canon 20D SLR and the Canon XJS1 (i think it is). One is a still camera and one is a video camera.

The still camera costs 1200 just for the body and the video camera would cost abotu 4 grand. Neither of those pricetags are something that anyone would spend on me for Christmas. So, I can't say that tehre is anyhing that is worst. I could rank my gifts though.

1. 1GB Flash Drive
2. Two Feather Pillows (woot woot)
3. A nice comforter
4. A duffel/gym bag

Best: Not sure, but probably the Girl Group Sounds box set. But I hand picked it and was there when my (now) wife bought it. I also got (not on Christmas, but close to it) a wife and two step-kids. Nothing will compare to that.

Worst: I really didn't get anything I didn't like, but I overheard my son saying that my ex (his mom) said that she was happy to finally be getting rid of the picture frame he got me for Xmas. Kids are great.

I can't really do a best/worst thing... I got Bath And Body Works stuff from one aunt, perfume from another. Is that a hint?? Got a $15 Target gift card from my older cousin and my younger cousin made me earrings. Unfortunately I don't really wear perfume or regular earrings, but it's still nice to get something. Oh, my grandma gave me a $100 earlier this month and then bought me a new suitcase. That's cool.

i won't celebrate christmas with my dad until next week, so this is incomplete, but so far:

best: probably $200 in whole foods gift cards

worst: one of those belt holsters for a cell phone. my mother's given me 2-3 of these over the last few years and i always tell her that i never wear them and they're returned. yet, they keep showing up at either christmas or my birthday.

Best: a gift certificate to my fave indie CD store, which will translate to two (2) tickets to see muffuggin' Marah in February.

Worst: homemade green tomato chutney. Why not just jar some vomit?

Yeah it was a pretty fruitful xmas. I got cash which is lovely to pay on some bills and misc stuff. Best though...would probably be two presents my best bud got me, just because they mean a lot--

1. A framed "Hoop Dreams" poster.

2. This Johnny Unitas figure. He knows my love for the man, and the respect I have for him...will add this to my Unitas altar:
