help! ipod/itunes question.

so, my friend's son and niece received ipod shuffles for xmas.

they're having an issue where there is one song that was downloaded from itunes ... yet it won't download to their ipods.

anyone know why this might be happening?

everything else they've purchased has downloaded just fine.

help!

can't help you sorry, try to copy the mp3?? I too also had iPod issues this weekend...grrrr I got the folder with the exclamation point screen..I think I just need to dl the updater.

I've never had a problem with my iPod and it's an older one.

i think the song in question isn't in the right format....

which is kind of odd considering it was downloaded from itunes. but, whatever. i'm going to try to change the format tonight when i go over there and see if that works.

Doesn't iTunes let you redownload the song? Try that.
