OK...I spent part of the holiday weekend with my family in Pennsylvania. That part of the family isn't very fun to be around especially since everything with them is religion (they're born again Christians). One particular evening, we all sat down to watch a movie. I just happened to have a Netflix rental with me so I thought, why not suggest we watch it instead of running down to Blockbuster. After everyone finally agreed, we sat down to watch 9 Songs. Imagine my humiliation, and all the fun arguments that followed. Let's just say it was a memorable weekend.

Yeah, the older folks pretty much packed it in 20 minutes into the movie. The younger crowd (most of them anyway) stuck around til the end. My niece-in-law was very upset with me for "bringing that trash into her parents' house".

Isn't Primal Scream in that?


I remember the girl in that movie being gorgeous, but not seeing it.

there's a ton of nail clipping around here too. but nothing is worse than all the 'not washing your hands in the bathroom' that goes on around here.

nail clipping drives me fucking batty. I hate that sound so much...

well, i figured those little holes in the walls between the stalls were there for something...

but seriously....it's so gross. especially considering there are 3 ladies who NEVER wash their hands. it's hard not to notice when they walk out of the stall and right on out the door. then...WE have to touch that same door. gross.

yikes. put up plastic sheeting on the door. and a sign that says "wash your nasty ass"

That's really gross. Whenever I'm at a resaurant and someone finishes in the bathroom, goes to the mirror and plays with his hair, then leaves without washing his hands I feel like following him to his table and telling his party to be careful not to eat anything he's had his hands on.

Yeah...the soundtrack is pretty cool.

I have mine because I'm wearing an eyepatch and the back is signed by The Toadies.
