I'm torn between Goldfinger and Live and Let Die.

How about you?

Goldfinger in a romp. Killer covers of this by Magazine and The Dragsters. Live And Let Die is PM's best work, and the song sufferes horrendously from the GnR attention.

Figures you'd pick the Duran Duran one. Christopher Walken was awesome as Zorin.

You can font that one up a bit. Dig the song and the movie--Walken, Grace Jones, what's not to love?

For Your Eyes Only - Sheena Easton

This song always reminds me of my parents' divorce, so it deserves a vote.

Goldfinger easily. Easily.

But Nobody Does It Better and Live And Let Die are good too.

I want to harm Sheryl Crow.

That's exactly what I was going to say!

Rita Coolidge---All Time High
Shirley Bassey---Moonraker
Paul McCartney & Wings---Live And Let Die
Gladys Knight---Licence To Kill
Tina Turner---Goldeneye
Sheena Easton---For Your Eyes Only
Shirley Bassey---Diamonds Are Forever
Duran Duran---A View To A Kill
Nancy Sinatra---You Only Live Twice
Sheryl Crow---Tomorrow Never Dies
Tom Jones---Thunderball
Garbage---The World Is Not Enough
Lulu---The Man With The Golden Gun
A-Ha---The Living Daylights
Goldfinger---Shirley Bassey
Carly Simon---Nobody Does It Better
Lani Hall---Never Say Never Again

I love Nancy Sinatra but I can't for the life of me remember that song.

This is the correct answer (and the Scientists do a great version). Shirley Bassey's "Goldfinger" and "Diamonds Are Forever" are cheese, but GOOD cheese.

Some of you have GOT to quit the crack.

The Nancy Sinatra Bond theme has been spoiled partly by Robbie Williams sampling part of it for one of his biggest hits ('Millenium').

Pretty much all the Bond music was great until John Barry retired after 'The Living Daylights'.

Of course! I was relying on my memory and my short-term isn't very reliable.

Interestingly, I did a lyric search and see that it was covered by Coldplay on Parachutes.

I'll have to pull it out and have a listen.

This can't be right because 'Parachutes' was released in 2000 while the Robbie Williams number didn't come out until 2002. Also there is no song on 'Parachutes' called 'Millenium' unless it was on some fancy edition.

I guess the moral is don't believe everything you read on the internet, kids.

3 Way Tie b/t "You Only Live Twice", "Diamonds are Forever", and "Goldfinger". "Die Another Day" is an okay song by itself, but as a Bond theme?

Huh? I'm talking about the song You Only Live Twice. Isn't Robbie Williams the guy who sung a song with Nicole Kidman?
