but.....SO MANY TIMES....people don't follow the advice. then wish they had.
so, i was just reminding them.

I drank a half a bottle of wine, but that's enough to get a short guy like me crunk. They ran out of glasses so I had to drink straight out of the bottle like a hobo.

The people who threw the party were generous enough to give me pizza and Dr. Pepper to "sober" me up enough to drive home.

not to get into a big pissing match about vitamins again, but here's how you really avoid a hangover

1) drink a gallon of water afternoon before
2) take one multivitamin and 5 B1 tablets
3) for every two drinks you have, pound a glass of water
4) drink another half gallon of water before bed

I had 5-6 beers, couple glasses of scotch, lots of champagne and three shots last night and I'm feeling pretty good today

So, you'll piss the bed but you won't have a hangover.

I'm weird, sometimes I'll get hangovers after having only like 5 beers. And other times I'll drink so much that I completely black out and I'll wake up fresh and dandy the next morning.

I NEVER remember to drink water before going to bed, but I always start out the next morning with a few big glasses no matter how I'm feeling.

well, i had a TON of captain morgans and coke. and several beers. and drank myself the water before bed...... and woke up 2 hours late as perky as can be.
