On the home-court, but, still... UCONN was the number two team in the country, coming in.

Now: MU 94, Connecticut 79.

Novak: 41 pts, 16 rbs. (Polska! Polska!)

I'm betting Rudy Gay died on-court like five minutes in, though. That would explain the result.

This is pretty funny, since Nebraska beat Marquette by ten in late November and the Huskers are 10-3 with one of the worst SOS ratings in the country.

And, when Marquette was still coming down from the jetlag of flying to and from Anchorage for the shoot-out (which they won). Plus, on Nebraska's home-floor.

It's still funny... But put the Huskers on the Al Mc Guire Court, and I think MU wins.

Nebraska was housed by Marquette and Travis Diener's three point assault last year when they played in Milwaukee. Marquette was returning the favor this year. Nebraska is a terrible road team so far this year, so they would have lost bad again in Milwaukee, but they aren't that formidable at home either unless the game is against Bob Knight or Kansas.

The Big East should be fun to watch, everyone has done what they're supposed to do against the non-conference scrubs--now the gloves come off. UConn, Syracuse, Pitt, Nova, Louisville, West Va--brutal conference.

well that sucked, Hicks is a monster...9 blocks! I would add both these teams(MU/Cincy) to Bilz's list. The Big East is just stacked.
