new album due march 21.

i think ft's a fan... but just to let you all know, it's really really good.

i was never into them much before, but some cuts on this disc are examples of perfect pop. it seems fuller, heartier. i hope you all get a shot to hear it.

I thought Team Boo was a bit of a let down after the previous, but still pretty sweet. I'm sure I'll end up checking this one out.

a (married?) couple with pretty loud-ass vocals, singing poppy as hell over keyboards and drums. I can see why someone wouldn't like them (the dual vocals can get a bit grating sometimes) but it's pretty damned infectious to me.

If I think of it I'll set up a YSI of a few songs tomorrow.

Im a big fan. Sort of like Fiery Furnaces, but with irony and not so full of themselves (i.e. they try). Pretty one-dimensional, but some of the more fun stuff around. I look forward to this.

I'm glad my laziness is forgivable.

It is, perhaps, because I understand laziness as well.

Caught a Single Frame show in Austin a few years back and MoS were the headliner. The wife and I left after two songs. They weren't horrible, just boring. A few years later I caught their appallingly bad cover of 'Starman' on radio and I've swore them off ever since. How the fuck do you botch that tune?

I really liked a few songs from My Solo Project, but never got into the album as a whole. How does their stuff since then compare?

Used to like them, but fell out-of-them quite a while ago...

but the new song I heard - something about the 80's - was very, very good.

If I had to vote on a girl-guy pop duo, I'd go with The Like Young long before MoS crossed my mind...

I swear I'll have something on Mon. Though It'll probably be from their last album since I lost My Solo Project a little while back...
