I'm not sure how he could've had a better year, whether or not you think he's overrated

yeah, no real standout this year, imo. outside of urlacher & z.thomas, you have osi, kvb, mathis, roderick & j.henderson on the line, adalius, vilma, demorrio & m.peterson (*) at LB and polamalu, a.wilson, roy williams and another mathis at DB. (not sure why stround received a vote over henderson.)

i'd say z.thomas, osi, m.peterson are all better choices than urlacher.

Sure, Thomas' has 40 more tackles than Urlacher, but does he have another linebacker as good as briggs getting 100+ tackles next to him? Of course not.

Some even say Urlacher is not even the best linebacker on his own team.
