This is from their 6/8/1994 show at Metro in Chicago -- and I was there. In fact, I have the ticket stub displayed in the CD case from the boot.
A top-10 all-time show, for sure.

sound quality is surprisingly good

pretty close to the studio version in terms of execution

They were totally on that night.
Alex even looked like he was having fun (until the final song -- "O My Soul").
Just a brilliant performance and I never realized how gerat a drummer Jody Stephens was until I saw him play. The guy is a monster.
