Ha! Oh well...we haven't played together since mid-Dec, so it's gonna be a pretty sloppy show anyway. We are hoping to make it out West a lot more often...goodness knows we've been trying for years.

Actually...yes. A national tour out to LA and back again is being booked for the spring, to coincide with SXSW. At least, that's what I heard sometime before xmas.

No dates confirmed for anywhere yet, but I know Chicago, "Colorado," and Cinci are both on the hitlist. Colorado would be either Ft. Collins, Denver, or Boulder. Optimally Boulder.

Yep, album's getting mastered this week and should be ready in a proper form next week. The above YSI link is to a final mix for a song.

If I can secure a car, I could not only get a quick start on my more shows resolution and see a cool band (an Obner, no less), but I could also start that 'start going to shows alone, you pussy' thing I've been meaning to do...

Even with a suddenly sick drummer and only five songs (four of which "some dude" was behind the set for), I was throughly impressed with my first real exposure to the Bon Savants and now I would like more. Can't wait to see a full, healthy set next time.

And, again, it was nice to properly meet you, KPH. Everyone, he is delightful.

Thanks again for coming out Stacey! I sincerely hope all 4 members of the band are upright and/or healthy the next time we play out your way, although our experiment playing with someone who had never heard our songs before was kinda fun. We ended up having to carry Andy (drummer) up to his apartment when we got back into town. Weird night!
