Never heard anything about Wilderness until seeing it on some of the best of the year lists around here, I think it was dnorwood that had it #1. But liked some of that Sea and Cake sound in the past so ordered up a copy and just got it today and this is great! Loving it so far. Got a really nice and warm and comfortable sound to it.

So thanks :)

I took an awesome nap to this today. That sounds bad, but it's not. It was in my Shmoo List.

It's on Colinswood, Mr. Cincinnati.

One of my very top favorites of the year so far. Also check out Sam Prekop's Who's Your New Professor?

It also reminds me some of another big favorite from a few years ago that I've talked about before, and that's Richard Davies Telegraph. This Wilderness still has a couple songs that I'd toss at this point that don't do much for me and it just seems about 10 to 15 minutes too long, but overall it's very nice.

When he was in The Coctails, my wife and I used to go see them. She admitted to a little crush on Archer.

It was okay though, because I admitted to a crush on the bartender at Lounge Ax.
