doesn't mac's "i wanna know girls" sound like it could be a cover of something off of "dignity and shame"

if you're saying that a lot of the crooked fingers album is poppier than one would expect then i'd agree with that.

just that one song, it has a melody and flow of words that sounds very much like a song off "d&s". maybe a specific song. not sure.

i really like that portastatic disc....i think it will make my top 10....crooked fingers will be somewhere in my top 20 as well.....

i always enjoy seeing CF play live - so do so if you get the chance. eric is a cool guy to talk to as well.

It's possible...I just think the overall "sound" would be too similar between the 2, though...and Bachman's would've been slower/more fingerpicking, possibly w/femme backing vox...
