coffee now. homebrew ipa, everything brooklyn brewing co makes, some tommyknocker and i think some belgian beer last night. brain=poo poo.

Man I need to start doing this. If I could find a way to manufacture a good American pale ale I wouldn't leave the house.

Do you use a secondary fermenter, or Irish moss? Is clarity your issue because you shouldn't have to filter your homebrew.
