Apparently for lunch, the perfect combination is:

Reuben
Utz Salt & Malt Vinegar Kettle Chips
Jones Cream Soda
Cracker, S/T

More for the pile
Marvin Gaye and Tami Terrell
Shane McGowan and Kristy MacColl or Sinead O'Connor

Mark E. Smith and anything, really. In the last five years, the two-disc Fall comp, The Less You Look, the More You Find, has been among only seven or eight albums that have left an indelible mark on me. Mark E. Smith is the daddy of charming pessimism.

Honey, I ate this quite a bit in a Spain, though maybe the rice was steamed not fried, and it is so bomb it hurts to eat it. Looks so pleasant on my plate. But, eat it I did (and will again), and it was (and will) be good.

Marry me, if the whole Yorke deal falls thru, and make me fried rice and ketchup at least twice a week. And, you can even see other people: we can have a sex-less marriage, in that we won't -- thankfully, for you -- be cranking the diesel as a pair, and make up for that with plenty of hot extramarital action.

Dock Ellis & LSD & No-hitters... Fuck getting steroids out of baseball -- we need (more) acid in it.

As it is, Boomer Wells having a "raging" hangover during his perfecto against the Twins doesn't compare. He would have had to be actively drinking during the game, pulling out a flask on the mound and having a nip or three, and downing Rolling Rock bottles in the dugout during Yankee ups, to match the Psychedelic Cyclone.
