 Post subject: Can someone recommend a good .mp3 tagger?

Location: Just getting back from Highway 61
I'm looking for a tool that will help me:

- Update tags (CDDB lookup would be helpful here too)
- Update filenames from tags
- Rearrange directory structures
- Identify duplicates
- Identify tracks missing artwork
- Import artwork

Any suggestions?

I use mp3tag. It does everything you list (I'm not sure if it automatically imports artwork since I've never tried it), and a lot more.
