these are also good ideas. the worst class i took in college was titled rock'n'roll & society. i was so amped about it and it was so awful. the professor and almost all of my classmates were horrendous. if i won powerball or its equivalent, i would go back to my alma mater and teach that class at some point, even if it meant i had to pay to do it. there was so much potential ruined. i actually think they discontinued it, partly based on my scathing review.

and i'd go to amoeba monthly, but i also live in chicago.

I'm hoping to win the 101 million jackpot tomorrow here in the states. I want to buy this New Age Church that is for sale here in Lincoln for 3.5 million and open a 500+ capacity club/ European style coffee bar with mostly imports on tap. It has something like 300 parking spaces already, which is more than the arena I work at that holds 8,000.

Before I'd open my club, I'd do a crap ton of International travel. I'd also consider running for Mayor of Lincoln in the next year or two.

With that kind of money, I don't see why a team of scientists and engineers couldn't come up with some apparatus to make me fly and shoot things from wrist blasters.

1. I've got no debt, so first thing I'd do is take care of my parents after so many years of busting theor asses for my benefit. I want them living the good life.

2. There's an all-ages punk/indie/metal club here in town that's been scraping by for about 10 years. I'm a big fan of what they do, so I'd buy them a good downtown space and set up a foundation for them where the yearly interest is enough for them to continue on with no troubles.

3. Donate a ton more to charities to provide arts for underpriviledged kids.

4. Buy a nice place in Austin, go to shows every night, travel w/ friends, just have an all-around carefree existence.

-buy a flat in London
-buy a house in Scotland, probably in the Hebrides.
-travel all over
-give money to important people in my life
-buy whatever shit i wanted

I doubt I woudl buy a fancy car or expensive clothes and eat out all the time at expensive restaurants because those things don't really interest me anyway

Then I'd find the best damn lawyer that I could to run interference when it comes to the media and 'friends' coming out of the woodwork in order to try to retain some anonimity, take the winnings in totality rather than spread over 20 years. invest 3/4ths, take care of my parents...

You need a place to stay on game weekends?? Half (Hell, a quarter!) the price of one of those condos, you can sleep at my house. At the end of Pulaski. So not that far from town. Two lovable cats.
