Channel 57, WB. Urban Cowboy. Has everything I never knew I needed...

Charlie Daniels band
Extended bar brawls
Mechanical bull riding
70's cowgirl boobies

Hells yeah. May have to tap this Grolsch mini keg sooner than expected.

My wife is living with an ex convict, in a trailer, outside of Gilley's, and I'm gettin a divorce!

I never thought I'd say this, but with FemGar's friends in town (wedding MANIA!!) I'd love to be up in 'Sconsin right about now.

It's not so bad, its that I have no real sanctuary in town. If I lived in the A they could do this all year, and I'd bail out to Redlands or something. I think I'm gonna dig into this LBJ book I started the other week.

The irony is that I have nowhere to go or any friends around here anymore either. That's why I go shopping.

Redlands aint what it used to be; though the potential is always there. It's Redlands.

Also, my third septic tank is full of rainwater and the pump keeps shorting out so I've lowered another pump in there to drain the rainwater.

Yeah, we on a bit of dat post-Christmas budget until at least March or April....

Nothing I would like more right now than to crank up 'Fellas or Casino, dig into a 12 of some cold ass beer, or maybe even put the cans on and work on the show.

I'm knee-deep in trying to sort out why my store-bought Linksys cable modem won't work, when the Motorola they want me to rent from them Does work.

But I got the stereo shit working better. I now know how to create themes, as well as pull up any/everything and listen to it (as opposed to just shuffling).

I've been cleaning house, refreshing the obner frontpage, listening to The Last Waltz, and trying to decide on home brew or red wine (must warm up for the full-on liver massacre that will ensue tonight).

Oh man, be careful with that album... "It Makes No Difference" pretty much made me move back up to WI and get married.

Good call.

I'll try to get the 4 cd Rhino expanded box set up on Colinswood sometime soon - it has a shitload of stuff that isn't in the movie.

I've got to get hooked up to that because I would love to hear more. I've got the Musical History box as well if you're interested.

I could pull The Last Waltz 2Cd out as well...but I'm watching The Thrilla in Manila on ESPN Classic.

I picked it up and read avout 150 pages the first night and haven't revisited it. It is good, but I am bogged down on the parts about him acquiring radio stations and shit. The 48 Senate Campaign stuff looks tops, tho.
