I think it's pretty certain those are 100% real. (Without being able to test them personally.) For one, there's not that massive continental drift in the cleavage that occurs with large fake ones, plus they also seem to have actual sagging. Not to mention there's photographic evidence going back to when she was a young teen that documents a pretty logical evolution.

I think it's going to take a little more than a Playboy spread to get her career out of the crapper.
