i hate these. the best one is the one that tricks me into waiting for a minute or so for the vocals to kick in before I hit next track.

I consider King Crimson an instrumental band that happens to have vocals - not many are listening for the vocals, that's for sure. (And the power of the 4 ProjeKcts and all those KC instrumentals makes me really wish the band would give up trying to write pop songs. Adrian Belew's an intriguing song-writer, but leave that for your solo stuff, Ade. KC's about the playing, not the singing.)
I don't know -- just about every vocal song on Discipline/Beat/Three of a Perfect Pair is fantastic -- I don't know if I'd want just the instrumentals.
