Yeah, I dug it out last night, as I was feeling the need for it. Great band, great album. Highly disregarded, but eh, hopefully one day they will be recognized.

DAMN! I can't believe that Mike Patton has made it to 38.

Wilco - Kicking Television
Wilco - Summer Teeth
Spoon - A Series Of Sneaks

np: Dunno, think I'll punch up the Olberrman hour on DP.

Postcard and reggae? I'm afraid you don't get many points for guessing that!

Silver and Gold is patchy like most reggae releases so it all depends on your level on enthusiasm. I paid the equivalent of about $22 for this album and I'd have been quite happy if all I'd got was the brilliant 'Johnny Get Worse'. As it happens there are a couple of other great tracks like 'Let Jah Arise' or 'Gimme'.

Also it has the original singles releases and then the dub 'version' of the single so I don't know if your pro hearing both or if you'd rather have more different tracks. Personally I quite like having both the single and the 'version' but some people might not be so keen.
