the gossip is awesome.

in chicago, there's a girl-fronted band, miss alex white and her/the orchestra. she's like 20 years old... maybe 21 by now and the set of lungs on her is incredible. she used to be in hot machines (might still be).

There's another Chicago band, The Reputation, fronted by a "chick". They're not too awful. I'm putting their song "Face It" on my next few mixes.
