OK... just got invited to this and I think it's extremely cool, especially for those that read the news on the internet, and get things like RSS feeds.

The short of it would be that this is a site that combines the best of the major news sites with blog articles, a digg.com-like community, and the ability to chat about each story in real time with others. You can even post your own news articles.

I like the idea, but I have a hard enough time keeping up with my Bloglines account.

I'm just starting to explore it a bit. It will be unfortunate when I start commenting on stuff thus poisoning any integrity that they may have had.

I like what I see. Hopefully you're right about spammers getting the axe early. But since it's built as a democratic system, where users can vote on which stories are displayed more prominently, that shouldn't be a problem.
