I've only just listened to that album yesterday.

What's the deadline?

I'm glad I'm not the only one still working.

I'll try and get it done today.

the deadline was supposed to be today, but they don't have to be elaborate or extremely boisterous.

Just write stuff like "If you're borg, you'll probably dig this shit" and call it good.

I can hardly bear to listen to mine all the way through. I'll try and be gentle. It is a "top" list.

I missed the memo, but no biggie. I think I can crank out a respectable disparagement by this evening ;)

I thought people volunteered to write up albums they actually enjoyed. Were they just randomly assigned? This should be interesting.

No, they explicitly got assigned albums they did not like. Should be interesting.

I don't think that's accurate. Chase had no idea of my opinion of this album before he assigned it. At least I don't think that he did. I'm assuming that it was more on the random tip.

actually, i tried to assign albums that they only hadn't heard, but it seems to have turned out that people haven't listened to things that they hate for a reason. it was an experiment and we'll see how it turns out.

A noble one, at that.

Why is being familiar with your own tastes so unfamiliar on a board that will rip into anything with the name "Ashlee" or "Stapp" in it?

Not singling you out Tania.

I know he is waiting on mine.
I started it, but I am a boring writer, when it comes to writing about music. I'm trying to make it readable.

Writing that thing was a lot more stress inducing than I anticipated. It was like having a homework assignment, and I thought the days of not doing my homework were long gone.
