 Post subject: Not a goodbye, just a hiatus

Just wanted to inform everyone that I'll be posting less frequently these days. As some of you know, my mom had a heart attack over a week ago. Unfortunately, the trauma of that event only made her other illnesses worse and her health is not improving as it should. It's become a genuine concern and I'm hoping that all the positive thoughts and prayers from family and friends provide her strength.

As a result of all this, I can't focus on much else and wish to spend as much time with her as possible. Sadly, work is the only other concern right now, which I suppose acts an escape from my personal life.

If I forget to post your birthday, I apologize in advance. I'm sure you understand that there are more important things that require my attention right now.

Thank you to all of you who have sent me personal messages -- it means the world to me that you've taken the time to send your well wishes.

Sorry to hear it, Tanny. I hope your mom experiences a smooth recovery. I know what's it like to watch a parent experience a life threatening illness.
