In so far as anyone can remember their 2003 Shmoo poll list, what makes you shake you head in wonder as to what did or didn't make your list last year?

Or maybe you're just stunned as to how well you regarded something a year ago as opposed to now.

I can tell you this. Twelve months later I will admit that sentimentality played a big part in Joe Strummer's Streetcore being my #1

The main difference would be 2003 albums I didn't hear until 2004. Four Tet springs to mind. Not included in my Top Twenty but probably would have been quite high if I'd actually heard it at the time.

I'd still have picked the same No.1 though.
