ok, let's do this on Friday so everybody who wants to can weigh in.

Go.

Personaly, I'm really starting to like Seattle +4. Havent made a game pick yet, but I like those four points on the gambling side of things.

I'm cheering for the Seahawks and my boy Josh Brown, as well as former Husker Grant Wistrom.
Pittsburgh being 4-1 in Super Bowls, with their only loss to the Dallas Juggernaut of the 90's, is going to be tough to beat.
I have a feeling this game will be a snorefest and a blow out ala the early 90's and late 80's games featuring Buffalo and Denver.
My prediction is Seattle 24-21 on a late 4th quarter Josh Brown FG ala Vinatieri of NE, but it probably will be the Steelers 31-20, with a few garbage touchdowns late by Seattle to make it look close.

I will be rooting for the Steelers based on the Hines Ward & Verron Haynes vs. David Greene and Mack Strong UGA aspect, but I dunno.....tough to see how the Seahwks dont score at least 24 and hold the Steelers to about 21-23. (and that is making an exception that The Steelers will capitalize on either a trick or special teams play)

I am starting to think all the Steelers hoopla means they are ripe for an upset.

Though their round of upsets to get here makes them look like a team of destiny.

I have been saying The Seahawksa are still The Seahawks since the playoffs started, and they have been proving me wrong since the playoffs started.

Don't underestimate Shawn Alexander.

As a Cowboys fan from way back, I was bred to hate The Steelers. Hines Ward is probably my favorite player.

I used to live in Seattle, and the last time I saw them was the year they played for the AFC Championship.

I don't like league switchers, and I will be watching it with Bama fans, so I'm rolling Steelers. 34-28.

is there Steelers hoopla? I guess it's always downplayed in this half of the state but I truly feel like this has been pretty much uphill for them the whole way.

I'm rooting for Pittsburgh, because a football coach should look like Sgt. Slaughter, not like Martin Mull.

I predict there will be off-sides-es, personal fouls, a lot of clunking of heads, a lot of yardage, quite possibly an injury, and heads will roll.

H.I. Larious

I wonder if any of the assistant Seahawk coaches look like Fred Willard...

I predict there's going to be a hell of a lot of commercials.
