Probably not much.

We go out for dinner quite often anyway and it's a seriously bad night to try to do that. Last year we made dinner together & rented a movie or something.

I think if things are good between you then you don't really feel the need to "create" good times just for valentine's day.

New years... now that was valentine's day x3 this year.
