Don't know about the rest of you but I don't link directly to the Forum but instead just go to www.obner.org/bb - Well some smart a$$ hackers have hacked the front page so you can't progress past it.....Hope that Haq is able to get rid of it because it is really annoying.....I don't understand idiots like that who don't have anything better to do than lock up message boards that they'd never want to belong to anyways......anyways rant over... :wavefinger:

i had to go back to CMJ for awhile, but luckily that had a link to an obner thread so I didn't have to go through the front page

plus they could have got a hot nurse at least

Naw, I dunno who's responsible... pretty funny though, unless this is a serious problem of course. Thanks to spinningplates over at CMJ I was able to find a working link. :roll:

What the hell is the point of hacking a music board? A disgruntled poster? An anti-indie activist? A smartass with too much time on his/her hands?

Pretty stupid. Altering websites just because you can seems to be a massive waste of energy.

For the record, these hackers tend to be (in this case, Brazilian) assholes who find out about a security hole in an application, find that application wherever they can, and exploit it.

I noticed this morning a couple of other sites I go to got hacked last night.

Anyone else noticed hacked websites other than our own Obner? There's obviously something going on.

I'm working from the cube next to mine, were a coworker is, thankfully, on vacation, so I could use her comp.

Frustrating shit. I lost all my files that I was saving on my HD.
